Wiccan Supplies come in a large variety that can be used today as well as they possess many different uses for each. We believe in using very natural earth based Wiccan supplies. Every Wiccan should have their own materials of: Athame (knife), sword, wand, scourge, cords, white-handed knife, and pentacle. These would be an example of the eight working tools.

Dress, Jewelry, and Helmets are a wonderful way to express yourself during Wiccan Rituals, but are not a necessary supply. As many covens or Solitary witches practice or work in the nude. Referred to as “Sky clad”. If you choose to wear or make a Wiccan Ritual Robe, the best supplies to use would be silk, cotton or wool.

Natural herbs, essential oils, incense, candles, gemstones, a blank Book of Shadows and Spell writing ink are all great Wiccan Supplies to have as long as you know what to use them for and how to use them.

| Natural herbs are great to use as Wiccan herbalism, but be aware that some of your supplies can be harmful when ingested. Its best to read up on any herbs that you plan to use. Buckland’s Complete Book of Witchcraft, By Raymond Buckland; has a great lesson on herbalism and herbal lore. Some herbal remedies can be quite helpful to remember such as: Sage - for inflammation of any type, Carrots and Golden Seal - Can be applied to cold sores, they will heal swiftly. |

Candles can also be used in many spells and Wiccan Rituals. Having a vast supply of candles in many colors is very useful. As each color has a symbolic meaning. For example: White symbolizes Purity, Truth, Sincerity. Green symbolizes Finance, Fertility, and Luck. There are also days and months that coincide with the symbolic colors. Its best to plan out what your going to use them for , or what you need them for, what color, day and month is best. Also a good idea to check with a calendar that shows the moon phases. |

Gems come in to your Wiccan Supplies through Gem Therapy. Although, there is an array of opinions as to which do what, a good book on gems and minerals should give you a full description of a variety of stones and their full spectrum of colors. Jasper (yellow; green), can be used for stomach problems and nervousness. Where Amethyst (purple; to blue violet), can be use as an antidote for drunkenness, or gives peace of mind.
